Thank you for reviewing our Privacy Information and Terms of Use Statement. All Chicago – Making Homelessness History (herein referred to as All Chicago) maintains this website in order to provide you with information about our work, and to enable you to interact with us on-line. The Information We Collect
All Chicago is the sole owner of and the only organization that uses the information collected on this site. We will not sell or exchange this information with others. We collect information from users in connection with online donations, event registration, joining our mailing list, and for any other purposes that are clearly and explicitly identified.

On the online financial transactions pages listed above, the All Chicago collects the following personally identifiable information: name, address, name of organization (if applicable), e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. The personally identifiable information you provide is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation and to include you on the mailing list.

All Chicago's Mailing List. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list, please let us know. Our electronic newsletter has an "opt-out" mechanism for those users who do want to receive any additional information or other material from All Chicago.

Also, when you send a donation in honor or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgment be sent to another individual/family, we will use the name and address of that individual/family for acknowledgment purposes and for our mailing list.

All Chicago will share your personal information only in connection with certain activities:

A. Service Providers. All Chicago occasionally hires third parties to provide certain administrative services - such as processing credit card transactions, preparing address labels, managing databases, and sending mailings - which requires All Chicago to share personal information with these service providers. We make an effort to require all third party service-providers to hold personal information in strict confidence.

Also, if we have reason to believe that there has been some inappropriate interference with or use of the All Chicago website, or if we have reason to believe that one of our website users may have been injured or harmed some other party, we will disclose personal information as we deem appropriate or if asked by a legal or regulatory authority. Remember, you are under no obligation to disclose any personal information if you do not want to. If you are not comfortable with All Chicago's uses of information, you may always decide to opt out or decide not to use those website services or features that require personal information.
